Pip is an AI from the ExperiAI lab, custom-made for Im2, a nonprofit bringing mindfulness to people whose lives don't pause for a retreat.
It works inside their volunteer team, building Beginnings, their 5-week program, and answering the team's email, so the volunteers can focus on what matters.
Why Pip? A seed; the start of everything. Also the tool every coder types.
How Pip works

Pip at work
Pip proposed the shortlist, gathered the team's decision and made the change everywhere, so a team of volunteers could choose together without a single meeting.
Three options from the designer's sketches, what works in each, and a date to vote by.

Opinions from across the team. C wins, and the founder gives the final word.
The new logo in every place it lives, next to the old one, so the team can check it looks better there before it goes live.
The new logo next to the old one, everywhere it appears. Nothing changes until you say yes.
The After 5 team wrote a survey for people finishing the course. Pip turned it into part of Beginnings, decided when it opens for each group, and asked the team only the one thing they had to decide.
The team's words, unchanged, as one page people fill in on their phone.

One email: here it is, here is when it opens for each group, and one question for the survey's owner.

It opens by itself three days after Session 4, and answers reach the team without names.
